G-Force Media Services provides AI-powered marketing solutions, including but not limited to:

  • AI-optimised paid advertising campaigns
  • Custom landing page design and development
  • AI automation and lead scoring systems
  • CRM setup and integration
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Analytics and performance reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Service Agreements and Contracts

Our marketing services are provided under specific service agreements that may contain additional terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and any service agreement, the terms of the service agreement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Fees and Payment

Our service fees are outlined in our pricing packages or in custom proposals provided to clients. Unless otherwise specified:

  • All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
  • Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
  • We require a minimum contract period of three months for our standard packages
  • Setup fees are payable before service commencement
  • Recurring fees are billed monthly in advance

Late payments may result in service suspension. A late payment fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue accounts.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Respond to our requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials we provide to you

Service Performance and Results

Whilst we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our marketing services. Marketing performance depends on various factors including market conditions, competition, and the nature of your products or services.

The case studies and success metrics we present represent actual client results but should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar performance for your business. Your results may vary significantly.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by G-Force Media Services, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Materials

You retain all ownership rights to your content and materials that you provide to us for use in our services. By providing content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment of all applicable fees, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables we create specifically for you, except for:

  • Third-party materials incorporated into the deliverables
  • Our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies
  • Custom AI models or algorithms developed for service delivery

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information obtained from the other in connection with our services. This includes business strategies, customer information, technical data, and any other information marked as confidential or that would reasonably be understood to be confidential.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-Force Media Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G-Force Media Services and our directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable solicitors' fees, arising out of or resulting from your violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms specified therein. Upon termination:

  • All rights and licences granted to you will terminate immediately
  • You must pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date
  • Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
